I made a portable alcohol barbeque. I do not have high proof alcohol. If used safely, can flammable houshold products like insect repellent be used inside the burner to make a flame? It works well as a flame, but i dont know if it is safe to cook food with it. It may be a dumb question, but i dont know thats why im asking. Also, if food is cooked with the household products, will it be bad to eat or not?
1 it would be a trip to the ER in an ambulance #2 denatured alcohol is much cheaper to burn than most household products
